Too cold to exercise outside this winter? Want a piece of equipment you can jump on quickly at home to get your steps in? Hiring is a great option for you! With GymQuip's Rowers for hire you are able to keep training - even when its freezing outside! 

Super simple hiring process, just select how long you'd like to hire the unit for, add to cart, select local delivery, and you're on your way! Make sure you leave your phone number so we can call you to arrange a delivery date!

Available only in ACT and surrounds inc Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra. If you're outside these areas, please contact us and we can advise if hire is available in your location.

Please note there is a $100 collection fee payable if you require collection at the completion of the hire.

 

Hire / Buy FAQ’s

  1. What happens at the end of the hire period?
  2. You should contact us towards the end of your hire so we can talk you through the following options.
  • Re-hire unit at 3 or 6 month rate
  • Purchase a new unit. 25 % of your hire fee paid is deducted from a new purchase (up to a maximum of 12 months).  Minimum purchase prices apply.
  • Return the hire unit or request it to be collected (collection fee payable).
  1. If I want to cancel my hire do I get a refund?
  2. No. We do not offer refunds for items returned early in the first hire period.
  1. Does GymQuip contact me at the end of my hire?
  2. It is your responsibility to contact us to discuss your options. We will certainly try and contact you. Overdue fees may apply if no contact has been made.
  1. Is the unit covered under warranty?
  2. Definitely, if you are experiencing a problem with the unit contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements.
  1. Is the unit insured?
  2. No. The unit is your responsibility from the time you take possession.
  1. If I damage the unit is that covered under warranty?
  2. No. Neglect will be charged accordingly.
  1. If I buy a new unit at the end of my hire period, does anything I have paid reduce the cost?
  2. Yes. 25% of your total hire payments (excluding delivery charges) will come off the new unit’s price. Capped at 12 months.  There is a minimum purchase price for this to apply.
  1. After my first hire period can I re-hire at the 3 or 6 month rate?
  2. Yes.
  1. I purchase a new unit at the end of my hire period. Do I pay any delivery charges
  2. Yes, $100 for cardio product includes delivery, assembly of new unit and collection of hire unit. This does not apply to home gym and larger strength items.  These are POA.
  1. I am in Covid-19 quarantine, can I hire?
  2. Yes, however we cannot deliver inside any premises currently in quarantine.

No matter which form of delivery you choose, all orders are processed within 48 hours & you will receive a notification with all of the information needed. These options include:

Click and Collect

When your item is ready to collect, you will need a ute, or trailer, as they will not fit into a car.

Trust us, your car isn't big enough, we have tried.

If you would like to know the exact dimensions of the item you're purchasing, please call the store on 02 6280 4447.

When collecting your item, you are more than welcome to park in front of our large roller door.

Come see the staff upstairs in our showroom to let us know you have arrived.

Please ensure you bring the order confirmation email, or appropriate ID that matches the order.

Local Delivery

This option is available for delivery within Canberra and surrounds. If the delivery address is in an approved postcode, you will have this option during checkout.

On delivery day, you will receive an SMS notification when our delivery team are on their way. We can deliver to your home or a desired location, within reason.

If you would like our delivery and assembly service, please call the store 02 6280 4447, and we can make that arrangement for you.

If the delivery date provided doesn't work for you, please give us a call and we can rearrange it.

TNT Delivery

When your item(s) have been booked for delivery you will receive a tracking number from TNT once your order has been processed.

TNT offers curbside delivery and will not deliver to your house in most instances.

Larger items will be sent on a pallet.

Although every effort will be made to accommodate your request, it will be up to TNT's discretion.
