BLACKROLL ® LOOP BANDS are an innovation in the market of fitness tapes and designed specifically for the training of small muscle chains. By specifically training these muscles, you lower your risk of injury and improve your body statics. At the same time you use the training band to stimulate those muscles that are not or only marginally used in other sports. As a flexible and handy training device, the BLACKROLL ® LOOP BANDS can be used wherever you want to insert a sports unit. This can be just as at home, as in the lunch break in the office or after work in the park.
WHAT ARE BLACKROLL ® LOOP BANDS?
The carefully developed training band has a length of 32 centimeters and can be flexibly used by you for many different exercises. Here, a patented textile material is processed, which ensures a higher training comfort. At the same time, the textiles used are particularly kind to the skin and have a pleasant feel even after prolonged use. You will receive the BLACKROLL ® LOOP BANDS in different resistance levels. The orange model gives you a slight resistance, the green model a medium resistance and the blue model a high resistance. In addition, the fitness band for functional training is also available as a practical set.

TIPS FOR YOUR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING WITH THE FITNESS BAND BLACKROLL ® LOOP BANDS:
- Before each workout, you should check the fitness bands for damage and use only undamaged material.
- Get into the training slowly and use a BLACKROLL ® LOOP BAND with low resistance.
- Gradually you can increase the scope of your exercises and switch to higher resistance models.
- Important to doing your exercises is a slow and steady pace. Also, keep your breathing steady.
- The exhalation should be done during the strenuous exercise with the BLACKROLL ® LOOP BANDS.
- If pain occurs, you should stop training immediately and seek the advice of a specialist.
