Collection: PTP

PTP is a fitness brand that specialises in resistance training equipment. Chaired by former Wallabies captain George Gregan, it was built on the idea of “a gym in a bag” – a full-body workout that you could take with you anywhere you go.

Since entering the Australian market in 2010 as the PowerTube Pro Total Resistance Gym (TRG), the company has expanded its product range to all manner of equipment and accessories. It also changed its name to PTP to reflect this broader product offering.

GymQuip is proud to offer a wide range of PTP products, and our Canberra superstore, Australia’s largest fitness showroom, is filled with PTP equipment that you can browse, touch and test. Our expert team is always on hand to help you find the PTP fitness equipment that perfectly aligns with your needs.

We also ship Australia-wide with a generous delivery and returns policy, so you can gain access to the sprawling GymQuip range no matter where you live across the country. Add in our price beat guarantee – if you find one of our products cheaper we’ll beat that price – and you can enjoy total online shopping confidence. Our fitness experts are also available on 02 6280 4447 or at gymquip@gqfitness.com.au if you ever need assistance or advice.

PTP FAQs

Is PTP a good brand?

As with all products in the GymQuip range, we have chosen to stock PTP equipment and accessories because they are extremely durable and made from the highest quality materials. The constant stretching and tension faced by resistance bands means that it can be more prone to breakage than other fitness equipment, so if you want yours to last, it’s important to choose a proven, high quality brand like PTP.

Who owns PTP?

PTP was established by Matt Dixon and George Gregan, two former Australian professional rugby players. Former Wallabies captain George Gregan remains Australia’s most capped international player.
