The Long Powerband is possibly the most versatile piece of fitness e.quipment of modern times, and Latex Loop technology has made it even more durable. Small and light enough to take anywhere, these bands can be used to scale up or down virtually any body weight, resistance or weighted exercise. Used correctly the Long Powerbands can greatly increase power development through all movements planes.

You will receive a notification via email when your item is ready to collect.
When collecting your item, you are more than welcome to park any where in our car park and come in to see the staff upstairs in our showroom to let us know you have arrived.
Please ensure you bring the order confirmation email, or appropriate ID that matches the order.
Australia Post Tracked Postage
When your item(s) have been packed for delivery you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post, this will allow you to track your package and see an estimated delivery date.
Although every effort will be made to get your item to you by the estimated date, it will be up to Australia Post and their delivery schedule.
