Collection: Kettlebells

Sometimes the simplest workout equipment is the most effective. Nothing more than a weight with a handle, kettlebells are home and commercial gym staples, engaging all major muscle groups - particularly the core - and providing added stability when your exercises involve dynamic movements.

Kettlebells can be bought individually or in a kettlebell set, while accessories like a kettlebell rack can help you to store these awkwardly shaped and somewhat bulky items away. And while they may be simple pieces of fitness equipment, they come in a surprising array of sizes and shapes, from basic kettlebells, to pro kettlebells, to modern 4-in-1 YBells.

In Australia’s largest fitness showroom you’ll find GymQuip’s extensive range of kettlebells and kettlebell sets. And you can find an even broader range of fitness equipment right here in our online store.

If you aren’t sure which type of kettlebell is right for you, call (02) 6280 4447 or message gymquip@gqfitness.com.au to get in touch with our expert team. If you order online you’ll enjoy the confidence of fast, Australia-wide shipping and a generous shipping and returns policy. And if you find a product cheaper elsewhere, just let us know and we’ll beat that price!

Kettlebells FAQS

What are the benefits of kettlebells?

Kettlebells offer true full-body exercise through compound exercises like cleans, snatches, swings and Turkish get-ups. They offer an intense workout that can improve your strength, aerobic capacity, stability and functional movement.

How heavy should my kettlebell be?

There’s no single, simple answer to how heavy your ideal kettlebell will be. The right kettlebell size will depend on your strength, your experience with kettlebells, and the type of exercise you plan to do. As a very general rule, however, male beginners doing swing exercises should start at around 12kg to 24kg, while women should aim for the 8kg to 16kg range.
